Job Description

Overview Perform dealer function for Blackjack and/or Poker in accordance with established policies and procedures, the State of Colorado Limited Gaming Act and other applicable municipal, state, and federal laws or regulations. Provides exceptional guest service. Full and Part time positions available. Responsibilities Performs dealers’ function for Blackjack and/or Poker in accordance with house established policies and procedures, the State of Colorado Limited Gaming Act and other applicable municipal, state, and federal laws and regulations. Provides prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing at an assigned table. Exchanges guest currency for gaming tokens and deposits in table drop box. Provides personal attention and assistance to guest. Verifies guest winnings and explains gaming rules and regulations, as necessary. Acts to keep guest satisfied and motivated to return. Performs duties in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act, including special attention to underage gaming as well as recommendations to Floor Supervisors in reference to alcohol consumption by patrons. Always maintains a general awareness of table operations. Maintains knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures as provided by Table Games Management. Performs other duties, including special projects, as needed, and directed. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty cheerfully, satisfactorily and in a timely manner.
