Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one Join our Vitalé Café Bar team, where you'll be the friendly face welcoming guests and delivering exceptional service. You'll handle orders, serve food and drinks and play a key role in creating great experiences. What you'll be doing Welcoming and seating guests Taking orders and serving food and drinks Handling payments and keeping the dining space tidy Supporting bar service (age restrictions may apply) What's in it for you Free day passes and access to leisure facilities (including the spa) Discounts on breaks and in our shops and restaurants Bonus scheme and recognition rewards A supportive, friendly team Career development and in-role training Your working hours Vitalé Café Bar is open 7 days a week from 9am to 8pm Full-time and part-time contracts available, with shifts falling between 8am and 8:30pm You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 60, 120 or 150 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday About you We're open to experience but it's not essential - we'll provide full training.
