Senior Technical Executive (CFMS)

Basic Function

The ITeFM Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting the Integrated Enterprise Facilities Management (ITeFM) system and its associated digital workflows. This role bridging IT system administration and operational facilities management ensures data accuracy, field-device readiness, and seamless reporting across all maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations

• Monitor and manage the ITeFM platform, including checking and updating Cases, Change Requests (CR), and Service Requests (SR) to ensure smooth operational workflows.
• Conduct daily tablet login and connectivity checks to ensure field technical staff have uninterrupted system access.

Weekly & Monthly Reporting & Optimization

• Compile and track Maintenance Work Services (MWS) Job Status Reports on a weekly basis.
• Develop and present monthly ITeFM Optimisation Slides to identify system gaps, drive efficiency, and improve digital workflows.
• Manage complex scheduling within the system on a monthly basis, specifically for frequencies above yearly, Earthing & LPS (Lightning Protection Systems), and HCI & Slope Inspection Schedules.
• Oversee monthly system workflows for Smart Facilities Management (SFSM) Job Closures and Routine Inspections (MWS DLP).

Ad-Hoc Projects & System Governance

• Lead Project MWS Onboarding initiatives to integrate new sites, assets, or contracts into the ITeFM ecosystem.
• Maintain critical master data tracking sheets, including the MWS QR Sticker Tracker and the comprehensive Asset-Schedule Master List.
• Conduct briefing and training sessions for internal stakeholders (SMM) and Service Providers (SP) on system usage and digital protocols.
• Attend ITeFM-related project meetings to represent system requirements, troubleshoot errors, and align with client expectations.
• Support the administration of Statement of Intent (SOI) items within or alongside the digital system framework.
