Job Description
- Be the architect of an Intelligence pillar within Core StratOps. Provide technical outlook and strategy, leading the design and execution of multi-year technical roadmaps for complex project.
- Develop the infrastructure for StratOps metrics and insights that materially enable Core leaders to develop high-velocity and high accuracy decision making.
- Be responsible for joining and analyzing key data sets on engineering speed and developer experience to identify and lead initiatives that lead to measurable improvements in developer effectiveness and experience
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Data Analytics, User Experience, and Technical Program Management, to understand needs, develop key metrics, and execute roadmaps.
