We are currently looking for IT Workplace & Support Analyst

Requirements:
 

Responsible for workplace management, providing VIP/executive support, and overseeing collaboration and meeting-room solutions. The role ensures high service quality, seamless user experience, and coordination with suppliers and technical teams in critical operational contexts.

What You’ll Do:

Lead workplace IT and meeting-room collaboration support.
Deliver top-tier VIP/executive support with seamless user experience.
Coordinate with suppliers and technical teams to resolve issues fast.
Prioritize tasks effectively in high-demand, mission-critical situations.
Communicate clearly and solve problems proactively.
Thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments.

2–5 years in operational IT support with exposure to end users and critical systems.
Hands-on experience in advanced support, supplier coordination, and workplace/collaboration solutions.
Strong user-focus with dedication to service quality.
Experience supporting executives or VIP users.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and technical teams.
Excellent organizational skills and priority management.
Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility and composure in critical operational contexts.
