Benefits Open Enrollment

• The ADP HCM Implementer will provide a client’s Benefit Plan Summary to the temp associate.
• That associate will need to interpret the plan and applicable information to a Comparison Plan feature on our WFN system.
• The feature allows the client to provide their employees with a comparison of all their plan options as they go thru open enrollment.
• The task isn’t difficult, but they need some knowledge around benefit plans.
• We can train the associate on WFN, but we need someone who can navigate benefit plans.
• We expect the work to take 1 hour per client.
• This would be more of a back office role the ADP HCM Consultant would handle the client facing part of the conversation.
