Financial Analyst I

The Financial Analyst I supports Manufacturing or Production Operations by providing financial analysis, cost tracking, and reporting to ensure accurate financial performance measurement. This entry-level role focuses on production cost analysis, budgeting support, variance analysis, and collaboration with the Operations teams to improve efficiency and cost control. This individual must demonstrate competence with analytical concepts as well as solid time management skills and are able to work with large sets of complex data and possess basic Excel modeling skills. The Financial Analyst I works independently and in a team environment collaborating with the Finance and Accounting team, Finance and Operational leadership teams, and various team members across the organization.
