Job Description
- Orchestrate the services sales process from lead generation to delivery handoff, maintaining a healthy pipeline and accurate booking forecasts to drive growth.
- Lead GCP implementation strategies and funding mechanisms to accelerate customer adoption, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
- Translate business use cases into actionable delivery models and statements of work.
- Develop overall services strategies and lead negotiations for professional services organization (PSO) SOWs, pricing, and master agreements in collaboration with Legal and Agreement teams.
- Develop high-impact account plans and service strategies in tandem with Sales and Customer Engineering to deliver winning, customer-centric solutions.
