Our client is an international product-based IT company specializing in the iGaming industry. Born in 2014, they rocked the CIS region, and now take the success to the world.
We are currently looking for a Team Lead Media Buying.
📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:
• Manage a team of media buyers (3+ people): task setting, KPI control, team development.
• Launch and scale Facebook campaigns across Tier 1–3 GEOs.
• Take full responsibility for performance and PnL of the direction.
• Manage monthly budgets of $300K – $1M+.
• Build and optimize processes: KPIs, reporting, workflows, onboarding and training of new buyers.
• Optimize key metrics: ROI, CR, CTR, CPM, CPA, LTV.
• Scale profitable funnels and implement new strategies.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams.
📚 Your qualifications:
• 1–2+ years of experience in a similar leadership role.
• Experience managing monthly budgets of $300K – $1M+.
• Experience leading a team of media buyers (3+ people).
• Deep expertise in Facebook Ads.
• Experience in the iGaming / Gambling vertical.
• Strong understanding of unit economics and the impact of traffic on redeposits and LTV.
