As a Network Architect based in Poland, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our enterprise network landscape. This is an opportunity to step into a strategic position where your expertise will directly influence how we connect, secure and scale our global operations. You will work at the heart of transformation, designing modern, resilient and cost effective network solutions that support both today’s needs and tomorrow’s ambitions.
What will you be doing?
In this role, you will be the driving force behind our enterprise network architecture, setting the vision and ensuring consistency across regions. Day to day, you will guide the design and evolution of LAN, WAN, Wi Fi, data center and cloud connectivity, ensuring everything works seamlessly together.
You will lead the creation of both high level and detailed designs for new sites, relocations and upgrades, partnering with stakeholders across the business to bring solutions to life. Acting as a trusted expert, you will review vendor proposals, challenge designs where needed, and ensure every solution aligns with our standards, security requirements and long term strategy.
As projects progress, you will remain close to delivery, providing guidance and acting as the escalation point for complex technical challenges. You will also look ahead, identifying emerging technologies and driving innovation, automation and standardisation across our network environment.

To thrive, you will bring:
- A strong background in enterprise network architecture, with hands on experience across LAN, WAN and SASE environments
- Solid understanding of cloud networking, particularly Azure and AWS connectivity models
- Proven ability to design scalable, secure and standardised network solutions aligned to enterprise architecture frameworks
- Experience in wireless network design, including high density and complex environments such as offices or warehouses
- Knowledge of NAC tools and technologies, with practical application in enterprise settings
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging and influencing at senior and executive level
- A proactive, solution focused mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive continuous improvement
