CRM Associate (Bilingual in ENG/ KOR)

The CRM Associate will be responsible for optimizing core business operations by managing procurement, inventory, and sales data within the company's central system.

This role involves the accurate processing of Purchase and Sales Orders, monitoring warehouse inventory and the automated replenishment system (ARAM), and conducting weekly analysis of sales performance and profitability (GP). Additionally, the Administrator will coordinate promotional and marketing campaigns and perform essential market research to support strategic merchandising and pricing decisions.
