
Concierge - Part Time, Weekends and Evenings
Job Description
The Concierge serves as an ambassador to the community and supports all Community Directors with front office operations and administrative needs. Responsibilities are carried out in a manner consistent with the Maplewood philosophy, ensuring a warm, professional, and organized environment for residents, families, visitors, and staff. This part-time role primarily covers evening shifts from 3:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. and weekends/holidays as needed. Candidates must be available for a minimum of 2 shifts per week. Prior concierge, receptionist, or secretary experience required. Must be able to multitask, manage a multi-line phone system, handle clerical tasks, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
