Job Description
This position provides day-to-day coordination of administrative and project-based work that sits outside centralized operations, while also supporting reporting, employee programs, and division-level priorities. It is a strong fit for candidates who enjoy managing multiple processes, keeping projects on track, and working closely with business-facing human resources teams.
What you will do
Lead day-to-day human resources administrative processes for the assigned business unit that are outside centralized operations ownership.
Coordinate divisional human resources projects and annual processes, including talent reviews, employee engagement activities, culture initiatives, and other people-related programs.
Manage project plans, timelines, follow-up actions, and status updates for large-scale human resources initiatives and organizational change activities.
Support organizational change work in partnership with human resources business partners and operations teams, including coordination related to organizational design and agency transitions.
Oversee employee assessment and survey administration activities, including registrations, reporting, data tracking, action planning follow-up, and user support.
Prepare reports, dashboards, scorecards, presentations, and spreadsheets for business reviews, talent reviews, strategy meetings, and human resources team meetings.
Process and validate annual compensation-related programs, including bonus planning, stock award coordination, awards programs, and participation in talent and culture initiatives.
Guide the work of the Human Resources Coordinator, provide back-up support during high-volume periods, and help improve local processes to increase efficiency and consistency.
What you will need
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, human resources operations, shared services, project coordination, or a related administrative role.
English and Spanish proficiency for written and verbal business communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred
Experience in a business-facing human resources team, human resources shared services, or human resources operations environment.
Experience with Workday.
