Overall responsibilities and duties: o Continuous implementation and monitoring of the Quality Management System as well as further system related processes (e.g. Technical Cleanliness, ESD) in accordance with current certification and customer norms in cooperation with the responsible entities of the quality network o Developing and implementing new system and process standards o Planning, steering, monitoring, executing or accompanying audits e.g. system and process audits (internal and possibly external) in accordance with relevant audit criteria and customer requirements The main missions of the role are: A Quality system o Planning, preparing and supervising of internal audits, customer audits and external system audits o Conducting process or system audits and/or full run, in coordination with relevant internal and external entities o Supervising international locations and taking international criteria in the entire quality network into account o Planning, preparing and supervising sustained problem solution of findings from internal and external location related audits e.g. certification audits o Ordering or conducting the creation and maintenance of local process documentation in coordination with the process responsible (PLD/PDE) o Developing uniform system and process standards, as well as initiating, steering, driving and monitoring the introduction and implementation in coordination with involved entities o Adaptation and further development of quality methods and techniques for implementation of the quality system in cooperation with the offices responsible o Creating, planning and conducting of training courses in quality methods and techniques, as well as new processes and procedures according to stipulated and self-prepared documents and accompanying coaching o Ensuring that new methods and processes are applied, as well as specialist further training and qualification in the working area o Conducting evaluations, determining key points and informing the entities affected o Preparing reports and documentation, as well as ensuring that responsible, superior and specialist entities are informed o Further development of the Quality Management System in cooperation with the central quality departments and functional support to implement in the division o Identification and communication of opportunities for improvement in processes with the process responsible (PLD/PDE)
