AmaWaterways is proud to expand our Soulful Experience sailings—culturally curated voyages celebrating Black heritage, history, music, and community. We are seeking Cruise Managers who can authentically and meaningfully bring these experiences to life onboard.
This role is ideal for individuals who are deeply culturally engaged, passionate storytellers, and skilled facilitators of connection and community.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead immersive, culturally rich onboard experiences
- Guide and support dynamic cultural programming, performances, and excursions that foster connection and community
- Engage guests through storytelling, historical context, and shared experiences
- Ensure seamless coordination of daily operations and events
- Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive environment that celebrates culture, connection, and shared experiences
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent English (required)
- Deep understanding of and demonstrated knowledge of Black heritage and culture, with the ability to represent it thoughtfully and authentically
- Experience in hospitality, cultural programming, events, or tourism
- Passion for creating meaningful, memorable, and culturally rich experiences
- Strong leadership presence with excellent guest engagement skills
- EU residency and work authorization (required)
- Other language speaking skills are a plus
