The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday and related platforms supporting Compensation, Benefits, Mobility, Immigration, and M&A functions and will be comfortable working in a very fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role requires deep HR technology and process expertise, as well as a forward-looking perspective on how agentic AI solutions can transform the employee and administrator experience.
