
HR Manager
Job Description
As we prepare to open our first studio in Moreno Argentina, we’re looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner to play a key role in building the HR foundation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and knows what it takes to establish HR practices from the ground up. You’ll be the go-to HR expert for our local operations in São Paulo—working closely with business stakeholders to build strong teams, implement processes, and ensure compliance across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Please note: this is an on-site position based in Moreno. Argentina
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Operations, and the validation of Compensation & Benefits processes.
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
- Thorough knowledge of local labor legislation.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations.
- Excellent knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies.
- Strong strategic mindset and analytical thinking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build strong business relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work productively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Confident in influencing and negotiating with stakeholders at all levels of seniority, with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally as an HRBP or in a mid-level HR leadership role.
- Experience with payroll and compensation & benefits in a local HR role.
- Deep understanding of local labor legislation and best HR practices.
- Experience across multiple HR disciplines including recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with all levels of the organization.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to drive change and influence business outcomes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Advanced computer literacy
- Excellent knowledge of English language ( C1 Level)
- Resilient in overcoming objections and a tenacious and determined attitude when faced with barriers or obstacles
