Job Description

  • Own the end-to-end development and execution of the master platform campaign calendar. Strategically balance the promotional roadmap across Food Delivery, Pick-Up, and Quick Commerce, prioritizing budget, marketing assets, and in-app real estate based on business directions.
  • Drive the overarching marketing campaign strategy, budget allocation, and growth roadmap for the Food Delivery business to hit Monthly Active Users target.
  • Provide strategic direction and day-to-day guidance to the Pick-Up and Quick Commerce vertical owners supporting the vertical to accelerate MAU growth. 
  • Oversee the full campaign lifecycle—from ideation and cross-functional briefing to regional alignment, execution, and deep-dive post-mortem analysis.
  • Partner with Commercial leaders to develop co-marketing frameworks that drive vendor campaign participation to achieve commercial & marketing KPI.
  • Serve as the primary local point of contact for the Regional Marketing team, advocating for local resource needs, localization of regional playbooks, and tech feature rollouts.
  • Maintain a pulse on the hyper-local delivery landscape. Analyze competitor moves, pricing shifts, and emerging consumer behaviors to rapidly pivot strategies and safeguard platform performance.
  • Establish advanced measurement frameworks to track campaign effectiveness. Synthesize complex data points into actionable insights for executive leadership.

  • Holder of a recognised degree in business, marketing, PR / communications or related areas
  • Minimum 5-7 years work experience in the marketing field. Experience in grocery / FMCG and/or e-commerce will be a definite advantage
  • Creative and organised team player with a good sense of the market
  • Sociable character with collaborative and positive attitude towards new challenges
  • Meticulous project management skills with attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in both English and Cantonese
  • Experience with data analysis is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
