At Tise, we are entering an exciting phase of growth, and we are now looking for a Support Agent located in Oslo, to play a key role in our launch in Germany. In this role, you will be an important part of our Customer Success team in Oslo, while having a strong focus on ensuring a great, safe, and efficient customer experience for our German users. You will work closely with the rest of the Customer Success team, but with a clear responsibility for supporting Tise’s growth in the German market. This opportunity suits someone who enjoys customer communication, problem-solving, structure, and being part of an international expansion journey.
What you will do
- Handle and follow up on user inquiries from Germany in a professional, empathetic, and efficient way
- Contribute to a successful launch in Germany by supporting operational processes and routines
- Manage cases related to accounts, listings, payments, safety, and user support
- Identify and escalate cases that require follow-up from other teams
- Work closely with Customer Success, Product, Operations, and other internal teams
- Help improve routines, templates, and workflows
- Ensure high-quality communication and support in German and English
- Help shape how we build a scalable support function for a new market
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience from customer service, support, Customer Success, or other customer-facing roles
- Is motivated by contributing to the success of Tise launch in new markets, and enjoys the balance of working operational case-by-case and having a strategic mindset for finding root causes
- Speaks and writes Norwegian
- Has good German skills, ideally both written and spoken, but most importantly written so they are able to adapt tone of voice and respond to user inquiries in German in writing
- Communicates well in English, both written and spoken
- Is structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- Enjoys helping people and finding good solutions, even in more complex cases
- Has a high degree of empathy, patience, and a strong service mindset
- Works well independently, but also enjoys collaborating closely with others
- Has a curiosity about marketplaces, technology, and digital products
- Is comfortable working from our office in Oslo together with the team
It is a plus if you also have
- Experience from international customer support or launching in new markets
- Familiarity with marketplace products or e-commerce
- Experience with CRM, support, or ticketing systems (Intercom or similar)
- Interest in building support processes that can scale over time
