Own the System Behind Patient Care

What You’ll Do
- Run the business: oversee multi-site operations, budgets, and performance with clear accountability.
- Build a team that delivers: set expectations, coach leaders, and raise the standard of execution.
- Drive results, not reports: translate metrics into action that improves uptime, compliance, and service.
- Lead from the front: partner with hospital executives and ensure readiness for every inspection, every time.

What You Need
- 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience (required)
- Experience leading teams and driving operational performance (required)
- Financial management skills (budgets, revenue, costs)
- Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred
- Experience requirements will be waived for successful graduates of the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program.
