Job Description

Main Accountabilities
1. Automotive & New Energy Knowledge
Basic understanding of automotive, EV, or new energy industry trends is preferred, but a strong willingness to learn about EV supply chains, battery logistics, and automotive production cycles is more important.
Exposure to Chinese automotive OEM customers or related industries is an advantage. The successful candidate should be eager to learn customer business models, global expansion priorities, and key logistics pain points.
2. Strategic Account Management
Support the development of long-term partnerships with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers under the guidance of senior team members.
Interest in learning airfreight, ocean freight, and value-added logistics solutions for automotive and new energy customers.
Support the identification of growth opportunities and promotion of DHL Global Forwarding services while following team direction and account plans.
Customer
1.Always provide customer orientated service relating to sales and operation issues.
2.Plan and co-ordinate national sales activities to retain and develop sustaining sales revenue
3.Drive/support development of new/innovation service or value creation as part of continuous development to meet customers' needs
4.To drive and manage profitable growth with the assigned customer
5.Develop and manage China brand customers to expand market share and business opportunities globally.
Stakeholder
1.Identify and develop relationship with Customer contacts, including but not limited to decision makers, coaches, gatekeepers, influencers
2.Work with countries and internal departments such as Products, VAS, Finance, *** Choice, BPO, IT and Implementation to satisfy customers' needs and ensure service continuity
3.Regular Performance Dialogue with Sector Head
Measurement Criteria / KPIs
1.Existing customer retention & continued hunting for growth
2.Developing new revenue and profitable growth
3.Timely settlement of customer issues and disputes
4.Increase SOW of China brand customers in terms of volume & GP
5.Achieve excellent agreed sales and related targets (e.g., pipelines, sales calls, etc.)

Experience
1.Above 5 years of experience in logistics, forwarding, supply chain, or related industry is preferred
2.Exposure to customer-facing, sales support, or account coordination work is an advantage
3.Experience or internship exposure in international supply chain or automotive-related industries will be an advantage
4.Candidates with experience supporting domestic brands or enterprise customers will have an advantage. A clear career development path can be provided for candidates who demonstrate strong learning ability and growth potential.
Educational Qualifications
1.Degree Holder, relevant post graduate qualification will be an advantage
2.Fluent use of English (both written and spoken)
3.Competent Computer skills required.
