Oversees and supervises all installation activities at customer sites; including planning, coordinating and assigning work in order to meet or exceed output and installation goals

Serves as the lead on installation projects and inspects finished work to ensure quality standards

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and at least 3 years of directly related experience performing and coordinating installation activities, or equivalent combination of education and experience At BFS, we want you and your career to be greater than what you ever could have expected

In addition to the base wage listed, this position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus subject to changes in plan design and documents and in accordance with applicable law

Eligibility and the amount of the bonus varies based on overall company success, thresholds met and other terms and conditions of the Company’s active bonus policy for the respective year
