
NOC Staff Consultant
Job Description
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in NOC Operations • Exposure towards Monitoring Third Party Network tools like Zabbix • Must have good hand-on on Service Now ticketing tool • Cloud services based monitoring for Client environment • ITIL Certification (Mandatory) along with other Technical Certifications (If Any) • Communication tools like MS Teams(chat support, P1/P2 call support) • P1/P2 Issue handling skill(Incident Management) • L1 Call support(Client call handling) • Must have good hand-on on Service Now ticketing tool, monitoring and reporting • Monitor the Database jobs and escalate internally in abnormalities found • Exposure towards power automation desktop(desired) • Knowledge on any RPA tool like Automation anywhere(desired) • Cloud services based monitoring for Client environment to understand alerts on cloud platforms, database and network related. • Good knowledge on generating excel/SNOW reports • Email monitoring and support
