Senior Estimator

The Senior Estimator supports Parkhill’s Construction Management (CM) team by leading the preparation and evaluation of cost estimates for a variety of architectural and engineering projects. This role ensures the financial feasibility of projects throughout the construction phase by collaborating with design teams, contractors, and clients. The position contributes to value engineering efforts, construction change management, and contractor negotiations.
