We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our Global Sourcing team, where you’ll play a key role in driving supplier innovation and improving procurement processes across the business.
In this role, you will support and enable team leaders to deliver performance targets, while using data-driven insights to enhance sourcing outcomes and operational efficiency.
You’ll work closely with regional and global stakeholders, contributing to strategic sourcing initiatives and ensuring high standards of delivery across procurement activities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead data collection and analysis using appropriate tools and methodologies
- Generate actionable insights from spend and procurement data
- Ensure data quality and identify opportunities for improvement
- Resolve complex supplier queries in line with internal policies
- Monitor compliance and address supplier non-performance
- Support RFx processes, including requirement and specification gathering
- Coordinate suppliers to deliver category-level outcomes
- Act as a key point of contact for business-critical suppliers
- Support contract lifecycle activities (amendments, work authorizations, etc.) and category and sourcing activities across the business
- Contribute to supplier performance and operational execution
- Own supplier data, procurement system inputs, and analysis outputs
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
- Solid understanding of procurement processes and systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
- High transaction accuracy and strong data quality
- Timely delivery and productivity
- Contribution to cost savings and value delivery
- French or German language is preferred
