Hume Christian Camps has 3 locations and employs over 100 full-time employees. Throughout the year, many seasonal and part-time employees assist in meeting the needs of over 50,000 guests every year. During the summer, the staff grows by over 400 select Christians who have the desire to serve Jesus Christ in the unique ministry of Christian camping. Each are chosen from a variety of geographical areas, regardless of race, color, sex, age, national origin, handicap, or veteran status. Hume Christian Camps is an evangelical, not-for-profit, interdenominational camping ministry.

The Role:
- Responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the Health Center, providing direct care to campers and guests, managing medications, and ensuring compliance with California nursing laws and camp-specific regulations.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Evidence of strong Christian faith with a passion for sharing the gospel and meeting spiritual needs.
- Must agree with our statement of belief and be willing to abide by our code of conduct.
- Holds a current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in California, with Basic Life Support certification.
- Skilled in patient care, medication management, and health education, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Thrives in high-pressure environments, handling heavy workloads and frequent interruptions, and can work in extreme weather conditions.
- Physically Requirements: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and living in high-elevation conditions.
