Position Summary
The Retail Audit Manager supports Prime Communications’ retail operations through centralized oversight of AT&T audit performance and in-store brand execution. This role is responsible for monitoring audit results, identifying risks, and partnering with field leadership to ensure consistent compliance with merchandising and brand standards.
The position plays a critical role in maintaining audit performance, driving remediation, and mitigating financial exposure by ensuring stores remain aligned with AT&T requirements and prepared for reaudits.
This role is best suited for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally to drive accountability and operational consistency.
Key Responsibilities
· Monitor daily AT&T audit results and interpret performance data to identify gaps, risks, and repeat issues
· Partner with field leadership (RSMs, DMs, MDs) to drive corrective actions and improve performance
· Provide coaching and guidance to stores on merchandising standards, audit expectations, and execution
· Support remediation efforts for failing locations and ensure successful reaudits
· Serve as a point of escalation for audit failures and brand compliance concerns
· Track and manage follow-up actions to ensure timely resolution of audit-related issues
· Partner with internal teams and AT&T on audit criteria, updates, and compliance expectations
· Maintain alignment with AT&T communications and update internal materials as needed
· Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
· Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance tracking, identify risk patterns, and prioritize actions
