Manufacturing - Supervisor, Operations (Night Shift)

This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role where you can make a direct impact on performance, team culture, and continuous improvement.   Job Status: Full-time Shift: Sunday to Thursday 10:00pm - 6:30am Work Location: Coquitlam and Pitt Meadows   In this role, you will: Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to ensure production schedules are met safely, efficiently, and on time. Supervise and support a team of Manufacturing employees, providing coaching, feedback, and performance management. Drive adherence to safety, GMP, and quality standards across all manufacturing operations. Identify production issues and lead continuous improvement efforts using root cause analysis and process optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a key liaison to ensure smooth operations and clear communication.   You have: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Post-secondary education in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot processes and equipment. Knowledge of GMP and quality systems (asset).
