The opportunity
General Project Management requires general business knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for an administrative or business process including: Organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements. Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing.
How you’ll make an impact
Ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards (e.g., International Standards Organization). Identifying/resolving obstacles to completing projects on time and to budget. May include work managing multiple, interrelated projects (including business transformation projects).
On some projects, the work may include integrating vendor tasks into the project plan and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables A Manager (M3) manages experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments.
Responsibilities typically include: Policy and strategy implementation for short-term results (1 year or less). Problems faced are difficult to moderately complex. Influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures.
Head Project Manager leads the execution of projects and ensures that all related activities are performed in accordance with company policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments.
Monitoring progress and performance against the project plan; taking action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Identifying, developing, and gathering the resources necessary to complete the project.
Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers, and stakeholders.
Effectively monitoring and controlling project progress and efficient resource utilization. Monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash flow.
Identifying, qualifying, quantifying and managing project risks, and ensuring that all opportunities are identified and pursued. Driving the formal acceptance of the project, ensuring contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Your Background
BE Electrical with 10-15 years of experience.
