Job Description

a.    Lead the design, implementation, and integration of complex, large-scale technology solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and strategic business objectives.

b.    Drive end-to-end solution delivery across multiple programs, integrating in-house platforms, vendor systems, and custom-built components into a cohesive ecosystem

c.    Provide deep technical leadership and direction for enterprise-grade platforms, particularly in high-volume, transaction-intensive environments such as payment processing systems.

d.    Architect and oversee integration frameworks leveraging modern APIs, middleware, and messaging standards to enable seamless interoperability across systems.

e.    Champion modernization initiatives, including transformation of legacy platforms into scalable, cloud-ready, and resilient architectures aligned with evolving business needs.

f.    Ensure system robustness and performance, with strong focus on stability, scalability, recovery, and high availability in mission-critical environments.

g.    Expertly manage payment technology implementations, with strong working knowledge of global payment schemes and standards such as ISO 8583, ISO 20022, and SWIFT messaging.

h.    Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including business, operations, vendors, and architecture teams, to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

i.    Oversee technical governance, risk management, and compliance, ensuring adherence to security, regulatory, and enterprise standards.

j.    Drive vendor and partner integration strategies, managing third-party dependencies and ensuring seamless alignment with internal platforms.

k.    Build and mentor a high-performing technical team, fostering engineering excellence, innovation, and accountability.

l.    Continuously improve integration and delivery practices, leveraging automation, DevOps, and agile methodologies to enhance speed, quality, and efficiency.
 

Qualifications:

10+ years experience in a related technology role with commensurate people management experience

Education:

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
