The Digital Merchandising Associate partners with the Manager, Digital Merchandising to optimize the customer shopping journey across tommy.com and connected digital channels.This role is responsible for driving merchandising execution for assigned categories while supporting email and social commerce strategies, maintaining merchandising processes, and leveraging performance insights to improve the customer experience and business results.
This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams including E-commerce, Merchandising, Planning, Copy, Content, Marketing, Digital Operations, and IT. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and passionate about delivering a best-in-class online shopping experience while supporting broader business and merchandising strategies.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
- Support the development and execution of digital merchandising strategies in partnership with the Manager, Digital Merchandising to drive conversion, engagement, and business objectives.
- Sequence high volume driving pages, finding a balance between strategy and elevation.
- Manage category navigation, filters, and taxonomy enhancements within Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) to improve customer shopping experience.
- Develop and maintain onsite search and sorting strategies, leveraging customer behavior and performance data to optimize product discovery.
- Analyze category, site, and channel performance on a weekly basis and provide actionable recommendations to improve sales, conversion, and engagement.
- Partner with Marketing teams to ensure alignment between onsite merchandising, email campaigns, and social commerce initiatives.
- Lead QA and validation for homepage, email, and social commerce experiences to ensure consistency across customer touchpoints.
- Maintain and improve merchandising processes, documentation, and operational workflows to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Prepare recurring business analyses and performance recaps for merchandising and leadership teams.
- Support ad hoc analyses and strategic initiatives related to customer experience, merchandising performance, and digital growth opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience: 2+ years in e-commerce, merchandising, retail, marketing, or a related field
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Skills:
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively across teams
- Comfortable working with Excel, data management tools, and large product databases
- Experience with e-commerce and merchandising platforms such as SFCC, STIBO PIM, or Adobe tools is a plus
- Experience in a replatform is a plus
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability
- Passion for fashion, digital commerce, and customer experience
- Ability to balance creativity, brand aesthetics, and business performance
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to innovate within a dynamic retail environment

Pay Range:$76,300---$103,100PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
