Job Description

Role: Finance Transformation GCC Transition and Knowledge Transfer (KT) - Senior Advisor

Finance is expanding into the Hyderabad Innovation Hub beginning in Q4 2025, with sequenced waves through 2026–2027. This key role within the corporate finance organization will manage the GCC teams supporting key finance transformation initiatives including; Enterprise Portfolio and Finance Global Capability Center (GCC) Growth and Operations. In addition, the role will also support local team members covering controllership activities for the Finance Data & Innovation Office.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and deliver the KT operating model & governance

Define the end‑to‑end KT framework (scope, roles/RACI, standards, tooling, taxonomy, and guardrails). Set success metrics (e.g., documentation completeness, readiness sign‑offs, ramp‑to‑productivity, defect rates) and align governance with US functional leadership and on‑site people leadership at the Hyderabad office.

Orchestrate the multi‑wave KT lifecycle from shadow to production

Plan and run the phased KT journey for each workstream: source-team assessments, curriculum build, SME shadowing, documentation & recordings, knowledge checks, sign‑offs, guided production, and hypercare stabilization - sequenced Horizon wave planning. Manage RAID, cutover criteria, and acceptance gates with business owners.

Drive stakeholder engagement, change adoption, and talent enablement

Align with communications and change plans so US teams and GCC teams adopt new ways of working. Leverage leader FAQs/talking points, change champions, and train‑the‑trainer to upskill GCC talent; integrate with recruiting and onboarding to scale quickly and sustainably.

Key Experience

13+ years in Finance operations / transformation with additional experience standing up or scaling a GCC/GBS or finance shared services (preferably in India).

Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing large-scale, complex change management initiatives, including the ability to develop and execute change strategies, engage stakeholders at all levels, and drive successful adoption of new ways of working.

Delivery accountability for multi‑wave transitions using a structured lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, KT, guided production, hypercare).

Key Skills

Knowledge Transfer Program leadership & planning: ability to convert the Finance GCC strategy and wave plan into executable work packages with measurable value capture and financial planning alignment.

Talent build & KT orchestration: recruiting in India, onboarding at scale, knowledge capture, and ramp‑to‑productivity management.
