Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Hydraulics Aggregate assembly / Testing of tractor
- Hydraulics functional testing and field implement application Knowledge is essential.
- Ensure quality of aggregates through Product & Process audits.
- Experience in Quality assurance function in assembly plant Hydraulic assembly.
- Handling overall Product audit and Process audit on assembly line.
- Knowledge of quality tools like 7 QC , Why Why analysis .
- Analysing customer complaints, Assembly line rejection, Supplier parts analysis and taking corrective actions, Standardizing all the Quality Procedure.
- Continuous process improvements (KAIZENS) to achieve consistent product quality.
- Implementation of POKA-YOKES to eliminate human error.
- Monitoring and ensuring adherence to processes with SOP/SOS by periodic process audit, SPC and MSA studies.
- Responsible for Engineering Change Management Process,
- Smooth launch of new model / new variants.
- Exposure to Quality management systems like ISO 9001, TS 16949
Experience
If Diploma above 7 to 8 yrs / B.E above 3-5 years.
Industry Preferred
Tractor Industry, Auto, Axles, Heavy vehicles/ Earth movers
Qualifications
Diploma Mechanical / B.E. Mechanical / B.E. Automobile
