Job Description

Millions of users worldwide. Billions in transactions. And one focused team, building high-impact solutions that scale across the globe every single day.

Orbio World is where top minds push the boundaries of global e-commerce. We build scalable systems, set trends, and create products used by millions. Here, ownership is expected, impact is real, and meaningful work takes priority.

Ready to change the game?

Our IT team is a tight-knit mix of developers, designers, QA engineers, project managers, and a security specialist, each shaping the tech behind Orbio. With one of the lowest turnover rates, it’s clear we enjoy how we work—collaborative, supportive, and never boring. From cozy office makeovers to guitar nights by the campfire, we mix serious work with fun moments because great ideas (and great code) come from happy teams.

Orbio is launching a dedicated Special Projects team — a small, high-trust unit tasked with driving the company's most important strategic initiatives from idea to execution. As the Project Manager of this team, you won't be coordinating tickets or running ceremonies. You'll be leading. You'll own three things above all else: the outcome, the team, and the timeline. With a team of talented specialists behind you, you'll take ambiguous, high-stakes company challenges and turn them into shipped results — fast, lean, and with full accountability.

Excited to make it real?
Here’s what your journey could look like:

  • Take full ownership of assigned company projects — from initial scoping through to delivery and handoff

  • Lead, organise, and develop a team; set direction, remove blockers, and keep momentum high

  • Define project scope, timelines, success criteria, and resource needs in collaboration with senior leadership

  • Make decisive calls on prioritisation, trade-offs, and scope — escalating only when truly necessary

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders involved in your projects

  • Proactively identify risks before they become problems and design mitigation strategies

  • Maintain clear, concise documentation and status communication that leadership can act on

  • Ensure every project closes with measurable results, a retrospective, and transferable learnings

Your part in the bigger picture:

  • Identify and eliminate product-related blockers that could slow down development progress;

  • Verify that completed features align with predefined quality benchmarks and meet the agreed acceptance criteria;

  • Monitor development progress and consistently update internal teams and stakeholders on project status;

  • Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure alignment between product goals, strategic direction, and desired business outcomes;

  • Draft documentation outlining feature requirements, business challenges, user objectives, and technical considerations;

  • Support operational product tasks such as configuring pricing plans and handling setup-related activities.

Now let's talk perks:
