Job Description
The Assistant Food Service Manager assists with the leadership and motivation of a team of food service crew members in order to create a destination experience for our guests. They actively create fresh salads and entrées, slice meat and cheese, assemble sandwiches, fry chicken, package and merchandise self-service delicatessen products while they assist guests with product selection and sales. Additionally, they assist with tracking sales, managing the department’s budget, selecting and ordering product, building displays, ordering supplies and managing inventories.
