Job Description
Dans le cadre d'un remplacement pour départ en retraite, nous recrutons notre futur Assistant administratif accueil polyvalent H/F sur notre site de production basé à Cognac, (Charente, 16).
Vos missions principales sont les suivantes :
Accueil et gestion administrative :
Accueil physique des visiteurs sur notre site de production à Cognac
Organisation de la logistique des visites du site
Gestion du standard téléphonique du site
Gestion du courrier et colis et de la navette entre-sites
Support administrative pour nos deux sites de production
Mise en œuvre et suivi des commandes et réceptions d’achats :
Création et gestion des commandes : suivi fournisseurs, suivi des budgets, suivi de facturation
Assure la communication avec les fournisseurs
Réalise les paiements et le suivi des chèques
Missions diverses :
Rédaction et mise à jour de procédures
Assure les mouvements informatiques sous le logiciel SAP (transfert de flux )
Gestion et commandes des fournitures de bureau pour nos 2 sites de production
Support pour le service RH pour l’organisation des évènements du site et les commandes du personnel
Support pour le service communication / évènementiel dans la préparation des communications internes et la coordination des évènements salariés
Support sur la traduction de documents anglais => français
Profil et compétences recherchées :
Bon niveau de Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint et SAP
Maitrise des tâches administratives courantes
Connaissances ou sensibilité à l’environnement industriel (notion règles HSE)
Sens du service, organisation, rigueur et bon relationnel sont des qualités essentielles
Capacité à travailler en autonomie et à gérer les priorités
BAC + 2 minimum - expérience souhaitée
Anglais professionnel
La maitrise des logiciels graphiques (Adobe Suite, Canevas… ) est un plus.
Le poste nécessite une présence sur site avec des horaires légèrement variables :
Début de journée : entre 7h45 et 8h45
Pause déjeuner : à partir de 12h30
Fin de journée : ajustée en fonction de l’horaire de prise de poste
