Website https://www.publicisresources.com Overview Location:- Gurgaon, Pune , Bengaluru Position Overview: We are seeking a versatile Senior Associate, Business Analysis to support our global Marketing Services Salesforce organization. Based in India and employed through Re:Sources, you will act as a single point of analysis and coordination for our Salesforce platform — combining hands-on business analysis and Salesforce administration with end-to-end project coordination. This role will closely work with VP, Senior Salesforce Architect in India and the VP, Business Product Owner in the US. You will serve as the key liaison between the development team, business stakeholders in the United States and Europe, and the broader Marketing Services organization, ensuring requirements are well understood and initiatives are delivered on time and within scope. You will communicate directly with business stakeholders on functional, requirements, and project topics. This is an individual-contributor role with no direct reports, following a modified work schedule to provide overlapping coverage with Eastern US and European time zones. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Solution Design • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across the US and Europe • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Design solutions for new Salesforce use cases based on business needs • Work directly with the development team to ensure business requirements are met throughout development cycles Salesforce Administration & Configuration • Support administration and configuration of the Marketing Services Salesforce org • Build and troubleshoot reports and dashboards to meet business reporting needs • Stay current on Salesforce enhancements and new features to leverage the latest platform capabilities • Partner with Marketing Services Salesforce and Groupe Reporting owners to implement new functionality Project Coordination & Delivery Management • Working closely with the VP, Business Product Owner, serve as the primary point of contact coordinating day-to-day activity between the development team and business teams around the world • Manage the intake, triage, and prioritization of support and enhancement requests from business stakeholders • Create, manage, and maintain JIRA tickets throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation • Maintain project plans, trackers, and status reports, and coordinate meetings, working sessions, and follow-ups across regions • Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and escalate issues as appropriate • Communicate directly with business stakeholders on requirements, project status, and day-to-day support topics to ensure alignment on priorities Testing & Quality Assurance • Develop and execute test cases to validate new features and enhancements • Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders • Verify platform integrity and functionality after changes are deployed Training & Enablement • Provide training and onboarding support to new Salesforce users • Develop training materials, user guides, and standard operating procedures to support user enablement Documentation & Change Management • Document new use cases, requirements, and technical specifications • Maintain documentation of critical changes to existing processes Work Schedule: This role is based in India and operates on a (shifted) work schedule from 11:00AM IST to 08:00PM IST. Candidates must be comfortable working a schedule that supports international stakeholders across these regions. Specific shift timings will be confirmed during the hiring process. Qualifications Required • 4–5+ years of combined experience in business analysis and/or project coordination, preferably with exposure to the Salesforce platform • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, reporting, and dashboards • Proven project coordination/management skills, including hands-on experience with JIRA • Strong requirements-gathering, analysis, and documentation skills • Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional, multi-regional teams • Willingness and ability to work a modified schedule aligned to Eastern US and European time zones • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and exceptional attention to detail Additional information Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder) Experience with Salesforce Flow and other advanced platform features Knowledge of marketing, advertising, or professional services business processes Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience in training, enablement, and change management What We Offer This is a new, broad-scope role offering the opportunity to help shape Salesforce delivery for a global Marketing Services organization.
