Senior Cyber Security Program Manager
Job Description
JCS Solutions LLC (JCS) is seeking an experienced and technical Senior Cyber Security Program Manager to lead cyber program functions and responsible for implementing, and enforcing information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies. The candidate works with the client to shape activities under contract in concert with the statement of work, organizational strategic plans, and its associated goals and objectives. The candidate will be required to interface with customer and will be the primary point of contact for all cyber program related customer requirements and interactions, understanding customer needs, and implementing innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Builds security strategies and assists customers in shaping the vision for program execution including execution goals, developing and validating SOPs and POAM Remediation.
- Establishes and implements program goals and key performance metrics. Manages metrics and reporting from various security tools and projects.
- Implements security measures across the organization’s IT infrastructure, and ensuring data and network is effectively protected.
- Engages in regular meetings, discussions or other events with customers and stakeholders involved with the program and projects within your portfolio.
- Builds strong, trusted relationships and ensures customer/stakeholder feedback, concerns, and issues are regularly captured and addressed.
- Builds team continuity and resiliency in order to drive ongoing effectiveness and quality improvements.
- Explains technical solutions, practices and procedures to others within the organization.
- Communicates with colleagues across multiple areas (project managers and other technical SMEs)
- Manages Netsparker Cloud Console, Schedule Scans and Reporting
- Responsible for tracking mitigation of vulnerabilities derived from security scans to resolution.
- Provides FISMA control assessments in line with the Risk Management Framework.
- Oversees the management of NIH Security processes such as: Waivers, GFE Foreign Travel, Software Request approval.
- Manages Cylance Cloud Console, Tenable Cloud Console, Agent Health, whitelist good apps and analyze alerts,
- Manages Secret Server Access Requests, Manage configuration of application and software application updates.
- Manages Splunk Access Requests, Manage configuration of application and software application updates.
- Manages BigFix Access Requests, Manage configuration of application and software application updates.
Qualifications:
- United States Citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust
- BS/BA and 10+ years of IT work experience in performing system and application certifications and accreditations (or 8+ years in lieu of a degree) and demonstrated hands-on experience and/or training.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and/or Certified Information Systems Auditor
- Experience leading Cyber/IT/Infrastructure operations and initiatives
- Experience with the following Tools: Tenable, ServiceNow, Splunk, Cylance, Absolute, Big Fix, Secret Server, malware bytes, Netsparker, Fire Eye, Tripwire
