Housekeeping Supervisor (The Westin Dragonara Resort)

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Housekeeping Manager to maintain and monitor a high level of cleanliness in guest rooms whilst working within the pre-established standards of operation. 

The successful candidate’s main responsibilities include:

• Ensuring all assigned areas meet Westin standards by inspecting cleanliness and overall order, 

• Carrying out spot checks in rooms whenever needed to maintain quality and consistency, 

• Planning and organizing cleaning schedules, assigning special tasks to house attendants in public areas to keep operations running smoothly

• Distributing daily responsibilities to associates to guarantee a high level of cleanliness at all times, 

• Providing hands on support to the Housekeeping Department, stepping in whenever necessary to maintain excellence.
