Social Worker Rate: $20-$25 (depending on experience) Shift: Part-Time Schedule: Days, flexibility required

Seneca Health Care Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to support residents and families through every stage of their care journey. In this role, you'll assess psychosocial needs, coordinate services, facilitate care planning, and help residents achieve the highest possible quality of life in a supportive, resident-centered environment.
