Summary:
Assistant, System and Business Support plays the critical role to effectively interface multiple functions across sales office, customer marketing, product Engineering, application engineering and production planning in order to meet sales office and customers' requests and manage all kinds of pre-sales and post-sales activities.Sales Operations Assistant is a key function of sales operations for MPS to grow sales revenues and to execute company strategic and tactic business plans.
系统和商务支持部助理与市场部、产品工程部、应用工程部和生产计划等多个职能部门有效沟通,发挥其关键作用,以满足销售部和客户需求,完成产品各种售前和售后工作. 在公司业绩增长,执行公司战略中发挥其作用。
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Administrate and maintain the supply system: forecast system (APA); customer relationship management system (D365/V-tiger) and order management system (IFS); digital part management (DPM). Works as system admin to support all system issues includes but not limit to system concerns, system data exporting and loading, system data checking and correcting, be system consultant to deliver valuable and useful information to requestor, support and solve the issues, provide the requestor with good solutions, record the leaks, improve process, maintain the supply chain from customer satisfaction level and objective achievement scale.管理和维护部门系统:销售预测系统(APA);客户关系管理系统(D365/V-tiger)、订单管理系统(IFS);数字产品管理系统(DPM)。作为系统管理员解决系统相关问题,包括但不限于系统本身的问题,系统数据的输入与输出,系统数据的检查和纠正,向部门与相关人员提供有价值和有用的信息。在工作中记录泄漏,改进流程,以客户满意度和目标达成为基础。
2.Customer material return process (RMA & RCF), execute strictly follow procedure, work with sales office and related department for pre-sales and post-sales activities for parts return, review and parts return reason and responsible for the data accuracy.客户退货(RMA & RCF),严格按照流程执行,与销售部及相关部门紧密合作完成产品的售后退料相关工作,审查核实退货原因,对退货产品的准确性负责
3.Coordinate with product line/ sales office, internal and external group members, analysis the forecast report based on supply chain develop to start inventory build.与产品线/销售部及相关部门协调,基于销售部市场预测数据,分析并及时筹备产品的安全库存
4.Support internal and external department database set up in system, including sales account/view, sales part, new customer distributor account, customer code, RFQ price issue, etc…related system all database maintain for accuracy.负责部门系统数据的搭建与完善,包括产品,客户,分销商,客户代码,产品销售价格等等,维护部门相关系统数据库的准确性。
5.Work with sales office, check the forecast data for correction and accuracy during forecast season. To take the sales forecast duties, maintain the supply chain, delivery the responsible report after APA forecast system closed. 当销售部在APA系统做市场预测期间,检查系统预测数据以确保其正确性和准确性,当销售部在系统完成预测数据后,整理客户需求向相关部门提供预测报告以筹备产品。
6.Cooperation with value added distributor. E.g. Gulf/ LA/ITS, set up database, verify their backlog and billing report, upload into MPS related system for trigger action.与增值经销商协调工作,如:Gulf/ LA/ITS,整理客户订单及出货,上传至MPS相关系统
7.Coordinate with functional-dept. to provide weekly, monthly, quarterly needed report by collecting data and reporting results.与相关部门紧密合作,收集整理,提供周报,月报及季度报表。
REQUIREMENTS:
1.Familiar with MRP/ ERP system.熟悉MRP/ ERP系统。
2.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook.具备Microsoft Office 相关知识,包括Word、Excel和Outlook。
3.Fluent in English speaking, writing, reading and listening.英语听说读写流利。
4.4+ years of sales operations or related experience preferred.4年以上销售助理或相关工作经验者优先。
5.Good communication & interpersonal skill and able to work independently.良好的沟通和人际交往能力,能够独立工作。
6.Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task.较强的组织能力,包括鉴别工作的优先级及能胜任多方面的工作。
7.High responsibility and Self-motivated.高度的责任心和上进心。
