• Solid personal computer skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Professional, client-focused approach to colleagues and assignments
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to organize, set priorities, work independently and complete multiple projects within established deadlines.
• Be detailed oriented
• The ability to manage several application requests in a timely manner; Specifically:
o Oracle ERP Suite – including Oracle Time & Expense
o TCT (Sharepoint type tool)
o Banking Portal (understanding fundamental accounting tasks)
• Flexible work shift (hours may not be standard 8-5 & could be 9-6 or 10-7)
• Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years of business related experience

This role will be part of the Services Management Team working with IT, specifically Corporate Applications.
Candidates with a Help Desk background (not on the technical side) on the functional applications side may be a good fit. This role will be providing access and assisting to resolve errors/problems on the team.

We are not looking for a DBA or Systems Analyst as this will be a functional support role within Oracle, TCT and the banking portal.
Previous Oracle (time and expense), Sharepoint/TCT, and/or banking portal experience is highly preferred if not required.
Degree or equivalent experience may be considered.
