Field Superintendent

We are seeking a highly experienced licensed Field Superintendent to lead and oversee electrical construction and maintenance activities across oilfield facilities in the Permian basin. This role is responsible for supervising field crews, ensuring code compliance, enforcing safety standards, coordinating with operations, and delivering projects on time and on budget in a fast‑paced oil & gas environment. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with deep oilfield electrical experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple crews across active sites.
