13149 - Engineer Senior Structure and Bridge

The Structure and Bridge Division seeks a Senior Bridge Engineer to lead new design, replacement, and rehabilitation of diverse bridges across all nine VDOT districts. In this high-impact role, you will perform structural analysis, develop plans and cost estimates, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and provide construction support. You will also oversee Tier 2 projects exceeding $15M.

Beyond project delivery, you will drive statewide initiatives: developing innovative tools, improving cost-estimating methods, advancing 3D CADD implementation, and validating bridge design software.
