About the Role

As a Lead Overnight Counselor, you'll play a key role in supporting campers with disabilities while leading an overnight team in a safe, supportive, and mission-driven environment. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you'll gain valuable experience in supervision, behavioral support, and healthcare-adjacent services-all while making a lasting impact.

What You'll Do
- Provide overnight supervision (awake shift) to ensure camper safety
- Assist campers with bedtime routines and personal care needs
- Lead and support overnight counselors during your shift
- Monitor camper needs and respond to incidents as needed
- Complete daily logs and simple documentation
- Maintain a safe environment aligned with SOAR365 policies

Qualifications
Preferred:
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, children, or in caregiving roles
- Leadership or supervisory experience (formal or informal)
- Ability to remain alert and engaged during overnight hours
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Schedule
Overnight shifts from 8:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
3–4 nights per week (Sunday–Thursday)
Approximately 35–45 hours weekly
