What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver product to customer job sites on schedule
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, routine maintenance checks, and maintain accurate delivery documentation
• Load, transport, and discharge concrete while ensuring product quality and proper slump consistency
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers to coordinate deliveries
• Adhere to all safety, DOT, and company policies while promoting a culture of safety at all times

What Are We Looking For

• Valid CDL
• Demonstrated ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and in compliance with regulations
• Strong situational awareness and commitment to safe work practices
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize deliveries, and meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Capability to perform physical tasks associated with loading, unloading, and equipment inspection

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
