Kontaktpflege zum Kunden für zeitnahe Anfragen und Angebote
Aktualisierung der Daten für korrekte Vertriebsbudget-Erstellung
enger Kontakt zur Fertigungssteuerung, um Problemen bei der termin- und mengengerechten Disposition vorzubeugen
Weiterleitung relevanter Kundeninformationen an betroffene Stellen im Unternehmen
Unterstützung der Account- und Sales-Manager bei der Erhaltung, Pflege und Akquise von Kunden

Wissen und Ausbildung

Kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Industriekauffrau/ -kaufmann)
Kenntnisse MS-Office Paket, SAP
