
INTERN - FOL Process Engineering
Job Description
This role is ideal for new college graduates who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. As part of the Assembly Engineering team, entry-level engineers will support key projects focused on process improvement, equipment upgrades, and automation. They will work closely with experienced Engineers, gain hands-on experience in production operations, and develop core engineering skills while contributing to high-impact initiatives that improve quality, productivity, and cost.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support project-specific initiatives such as mold equipment migration, process optimization, and automation implementation.
- Create, analyze, and review technical charts.
- Assist in equipment qualification, tooling characterization, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sustaining engineering, quality, and production.
- Analyze data and provide insights to improve process stability, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electronics and Communications Engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a manufacturing environment
