Overall supplier quality management and product group quality management for responsible product range
Implement advanced quality management methodologies and tools, Product and Process release to assure the TTM product quality
Supplier audit (VDA 6.3, lean plant assessment, CSR audit, supplier process release…)
Responsible for OEM project’s quality release and product manufacturing process release, as well as the QZ Test.
Stand for purchasing quality in sourcing decision board and in project review board
Supplier quality target setting, reporting and continuous improvement
Supplier quality problem solving
Supplier risk management together with supporting from commercial buyers
Conduct supplier enabling (SE), supplier quality improvement (SQIP) and supplier development (SD) for continuous supplier quality improvement

Bachelor's degree, major in engineering.
Minimum 5-year working experience in supplier quality area.
Solid knowledge of supplier quality management.
Resilient, proactive and good at quality methodology, such as 8D, APQP, PPAP etc.
With VDA6.3 process auditor certificate (2nd party or 3rd party)
Language: native in Chinese and fluent in English
Able to travel upon request (up to 40% of total working time)
Strong attention to detail.
