Our Wisconsin operations specialize in advanced injection molding, insert molding, automation, and complex functional components within a quality-driven manufacturing environment.
We are seeking a Senior Planner/Buyer who brings strong materials and production planning expertise to help drive operational performance, inventory optimization, and supply continuity. This role is planning-focused, with purchasing responsibilities supporting overall material flow and production execution.

Key Responsibilities
Lead production and materials planning activities to support customer delivery and operational performance.
Manage inventory levels, forecasts, production schedules, and material availability through ERP/MRP systems.
Coordinate with operations, production, customer service, and suppliers to resolve shortages and scheduling challenges.
Support purchasing activities including purchase orders, supplier communication, and delivery management.
Analyze planning and inventory data to improve schedule accuracy, inventory performance, and material flow.
Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and continuous improvement initiatives.
Build strong supplier and cross-functional relationships to support long-term operational success.
Required Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related field.
4 to 6+ years of experience in a Senior Planner, Materials Planner, Production Planner, Buyer Planner, Supply Chain Planner, or related manufacturing supply chain role.
Strong expertise in production planning, materials planning, inventory control, forecasting, and supply chain execution.
Working knowledge of purchasing, procurement coordination, and supplier management.
Experience working with ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing setting.
Ability to analyze data, prioritize competing demands, and make sound operational decisions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Experience managing supplier performance, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
Preferred Skills
APICS/CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, or related certification.
Experience in automotive, plastics, injection molding, or engineered manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, inventory optimization, or continuous improvement practices.
Advanced ERP, MRP, or supply chain analytics experience.
